Beta means real and usable, not done. Everything listed as available works with real data today. What is not ready is labelled coming soon in the app and in our documentation instead of being hidden.

Caribbean culture travels the whole world. Online, though, it's scattered across other people's platforms, none of them built for how we actually gather. We think it deserves a home of its own, run by people who grew up in it.

Free events are open to every organiser. Paid ticketing opens for your business after a short review, and from then on you sell tickets and track payouts from the same dashboard you use for free events.
How it works
Set up your organiser profile
It's free. Add your logo, a short bio and your links so people know who's behind the event.
Create your event
Free events are open to everyone. To sell paid tickets, request paid ticketing and we'll review your business first.
Get it in front of people
Your event gets its own page, shows up in Browse Events and sits on your organiser profile. Send an announcement to everyone who follows you.
Scan in, then get paid
Your team scans tickets at the door, signal or no signal. Your payout goes to your bank through Stripe after the event.

- Your platform fee is 1.0 percentage point below the published rate for your plan

- 0.5 percentage points below the published rate

- The published rate, with every perk above kept for life
- The founding rate runs from one start date for every founding organiser, the day paid ticketing opened on TiketCaribbean, not the day you joined or the day your business was approved for paid ticketing.
- It applies to the organiser platform fee on ticket sales. It does not cover the buyer booking fee, or products we have not launched yet such as resale, cash advances or promotion.
- It is tied to your organiser account and does not transfer if the business is sold or merged.
- It pauses if you have no ticket sales for 12 consecutive months.
- Free and RSVP events cost nothing on any plan, founding or not.
The first order
You've shared the flyer in every group chat you're in and checked your phone more times than you'd admit. Then it comes in: two tickets, paid for, by someone you've never met.
That's when it feels real. From then on, your dashboard keeps count of every ticket sold and everyone who's coming.

Card processing comes out of the booking fee, so it doesn't reduce your payout. Payouts are released no earlier than 72 hours after the event ends, and we check each business's first payout before it goes out.

Events are where it all comes alive, so that's where we're starting. But the goal was always bigger: somewhere that actually feels like home for our people online.”

- Stripe takes the payment
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Buyers see the full price, including the 6.5% booking fee (minimum 50p per ticket), before they pay.
- Payouts after the event
- Payouts go through Stripe to bank accounts in the UK, the US, the EU, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Canada, no earlier than 72 hours after each event ends. We can't pay out to Caribbean banks yet.
- Sellers we've reviewed
- We open paid ticketing one business at a time, after our team has reviewed it.
