Bigger than a ticketing app.
Caribbean culture travels the whole world. Online, though, it's scattered across other people's platforms, none of them built for how we actually gather. We think it deserves a home of its own, run by people who grew up in it.
Built around how we gather
Our communities deserve tools shaped by how we really plan, promote and show up, not features borrowed from somewhere else.
Organisers you can actually find
The people who throw the fetes and run the mas should be easy to find and follow. We give them a proper home and a way to reach their crowd.
Culture that doesn't vanish in a feed
Stories and traditions shouldn't disappear the second you scroll past. We're building a place where they stay put.
Made from inside the culture
The best tools for our communities come from within them. We build from the Caribbean, for the Caribbean and everyone who carries it abroad.
Events are the front door.
From Carnival to a Sunday lime, this is the culture we're here for.

Sell your next event and keep 100% of the ticket price
Tech meetups, conferences, workshops, concerts or a fete: run it here. No monthly fee, nothing on free events and no platform fee on paid tickets on the Starter plan. Your buyers pay a 6.5% booking fee, shown before they pay, so it never comes out of your money. Free events are open to every organiser; paid ticketing opens for your business after a short review.
How it works
Set up your organiser profile
It's free. Add your logo, a short bio and your links so people know who's behind the event.
Create your event
Free events are open to everyone. To sell paid tickets, request paid ticketing and we'll review your business first.
Get it in front of people
Your event gets its own page, shows up in Browse Events and sits on your organiser profile. Send an announcement to everyone who follows you.
Scan in, then get paid
Your team scans tickets at the door, signal or no signal. Your payout goes to your bank through Stripe after the event.

Join the organisers already on TiketCaribbean
Including our 50 Founding Organisers, who helped shape the dashboard you'll use. Every organiser starts free: no monthly fee, nothing on free events, and no platform fee on paid tickets, so you keep 100% of your ticket price.
The first order
You've shared the flyer in every group chat you're in and checked your phone more times than you'd admit. Then it comes in: two tickets, paid for, by someone you've never met.
That's when it feels real. From then on, your dashboard keeps count of every ticket sold and everyone who's coming.

Card processing comes out of the booking fee, so it doesn't reduce your payout. Need some of it before the night to pay the venue or DJs? With a trust level, up to 30%, 50% or 70% of an event's sales is released before it happens, and our team can review your level on request. The rest is paid after a short refund window once the event ends, and we check each business's first payout before it goes out.

From the founder

“I'm Trini, born and raised. I started TiketCaribbean because I got tired of watching our culture run on platforms that were never built for us. Events are where it all comes alive, so that's where we're starting. But the goal was always bigger: somewhere that actually feels like home for our people online.”
The beta is an open door. Everyone who joins now is a co-builder, not just a tester. Tell us what's broken and what's missing, and we'll build around it.

Where we're taking it next.
We're building toward AI that takes the busywork off organisers and helps you find the events you'd actually love. We won't promise features before they're real, but that's the direction, and the people using the beta get to steer it.
In the works during the beta.
AI-assisted organiser tools
Help with descriptions, timing and planning, so less of your week goes on admin.
A dashboard that fits the event
A fete, a boat ride and a band launch each need different things. The dashboard should know the difference.
Discovery that feels personal
Events suggested from the islands, music and kinds of event you tell us you like.
Plain answers about money
Fee breakdowns, payout tracking and statements, so nobody has to guess what they earned.
Where your money goes
Buyers and organisers should both know who's handling the money and when it moves.
How we protect your dataRated A by SecurityScorecard
Independent rating, October 2026
- Stripe takes the payment
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Buyers see the full price, including the 6.5% booking fee (minimum 50p per ticket), before they pay.
- Payouts before and after the night
- Need to pay the venue or the DJs before the night? With a trust level, part of an event's sales is paid out before it happens, and the rest follows after a short refund window. Payouts go through Stripe to bank accounts in the UK, the US, the EU, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Canada, to your business or to a partner company you name as that event's payout recipient. We can't pay out to Caribbean banks yet.
- Sellers we've reviewed
- We open paid ticketing one business at a time, after our team has reviewed it.
- A UK and Trinidad and Tobago company
- TiketCaribbean is operated by CaribraConnect Technology Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom and in Trinidad and Tobago.
